2.2 Media Submission: As a user of our Services, you are responsible for providing any media, including images, videos, and other assets, that you want us to incorporate into your content. We do not capture product or service videos or photos for customers.
Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your service with InstaGenContent at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please notify us in writing or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be billed for future services.
3.2 Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our product and the personalized nature of our services, we do not provide refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or make necessary revisions during the content approval process.
Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership: All content created by InstaGenContent, including but not limited to social media posts, graphics, and captions, remains the intellectual property of JustAbsoluteBiz DBA InstaGenContent. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own marketing purposes.
4.2 Usage Restrictions: While the content created by InstaGenContent is owned by JustAbsoluteBiz DBA InstaGenContent, we recognize that social media managers and agencies may have clients for whom they manage social media accounts. In such cases, social media managers and agencies are permitted to reuse the content created by InstaGenContent for their clients' accounts.
4.3 Rights to Posted Content: Once the content is posted on your social media platforms, you, as the business owner, have explicit rights to the content. You may use, modify, and delete the content as you see fit, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective social media platforms.
Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate and timely content, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the results or effectiveness of the content created or the impact it may have on your business.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall JustAbsoluteBiz DBA InstaGenContent, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
User Responsibilities
6.1 Content Approval: As a user of our Services, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the content we create before it is posted on your social media platforms. We will provide you with the content for your review, and you must provide explicit approval in writing prior to the scheduled posting date. If you wish to skip the approval process for any given month, you must provide written notification to our team in advance.
6.2 Responsibility for Approved Content: Once you have provided approval for the content, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the content posted on your social media platforms. JustAbsoluteBiz DBA InstaGenContent shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use or publication of approved content.
6.3 Compliance with Laws: As a user of our Services, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the content created and published. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
6.4 Accuracy and Legality of Content: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the content provided to us for creation. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and provide the content, including any third-party materials, for the purposes of content creation and publication.
